Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please read the following policy carefully regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

General Return Policy

  • You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

  • For custom-made or made-to-order items, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide the reason for the return. Once your return request is accepted, you must ship the item back within 10 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, as our products come from different designers, the return address may vary.

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend sending the return with tracking (UPS, DHL). We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Please note that the initial shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for non-personalized items. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification, as long as the item is in unused and original condition, with proof of purchase.
